成份

左旋色胺酸:500毫克
在人體內,色胺酸會被轉換為5-羥色胺酸,進而被轉換為血清素。人體自身不能製造此種胺基酸,因此必須透過飲食或營養補充品補充。色胺酸存在於很多動物和植物蛋白中,含有色胺酸的食物包括奶製品、牛肉、家禽、大麥、糙米、魚類、大豆及花生。

維他命C(抗壞血酸):604毫克 
維他命C存在於椒類(甜椒、青椒、紅椒、紅辣椒及青辣椒)、柑橘類水果、結球甘藍、椰菜花、高麗菜、羽衣甘藍、芥蘭、芥菜、綠花菜、菠菜、番石榴、奇異果、黑醋栗及士多啤梨等。堅果類及穀類亦含有少量的維他命C。重要的是,在烹煮過程會破壞維他命C的活性。
維他命C支援健康的免疫系統,促進心血管健康,並且提供抗氧化功能。人體無法自行製造及儲存維他命C。因此,維他命C必須透過飲食和營養補充品而取得。

鉀 (碳酸氫鈉):384 毫克

鈣(乳酸鈣、碳酸鈣、硫酸鈣、檸檬酸鈣):375毫克
牛奶含有最高濃度的鈣質。其他富含鈣質的食物包括羽衣甘藍、大白菜、芥菜、西蘭花、白菜及豆腐。鈣質是重要的礦物質,具有多項生化功能。鈣質主要以氫氧基磷灰石的形式,Ca10 (PO4)6 (OH)2,存在於骨骼之中。

羥磷灰石約佔骨骼整體重量的40%。骨骼發育需要補充鈣質,而且骨骼也是鈣質的儲藏室。鈣質除了是骨骼與牙齒的主要成分外,也能支援正常的肌肉收縮、神經健康、心跳規律、血液凝結、能量產生及免疫系統功能。

每天補充足夠的鈣質,對於維持骨骼密度及健康的骨骼與牙齒是必要的,經證實也能緩解女性經前症候群的不適。若沒有每日攝取足夠的鈣質,身體會從骨骼中吸取鈣質,進而造成骨質流失。

血液中鈣質的含量是由PTH(副甲狀腺荷爾蒙)調節。體內高水平的鈣質與正常的心血管健康相關。美國糖尿病協會期刊(American Dietetic Association Journal)的研究指出,鈣有助中年婦女維持健康的體重。

鎂(碳酸鎂、檸檬酸鎂、甘胺酸鎂、氧化鎂):300毫克

菸鹼酸作為輔酵素(NAPH/ NADPH) ,在200種酵素中發揮重要作用,能促進正常的組織呼吸、脂肪酸的合成、碳水化合物與氨基酸的代謝、以及氫的傳輸。菸鹼酸濃度過低時,身體可以運用左旋色胺酸製造維他命。身體需要60毫克的左旋色胺酸才能產生1毫克的菸鹼酸,這個過程會快速減少左旋色胺酸含量。當體內有足夠的菸鹼酸時,左旋色胺酸便可用在其他地方,例如維持健康的血清素濃度。

維他命B6(鹽酸吡哆醇):4毫克

錳(硫酸錳):5毫克
錳是一種在植物和動物裡大量存在的礦物質。最重要的飲食來源包含全穀類、堅果、葉菜和茶。錳大量存在於穀糠,但穀糠常在加工過程中去除。

人體組織內僅含有微量的錳。錳主要儲存於骨骼、肝臟、腎臟和胰腺,有助維護結締組織、骨骼、凝血因子的正常功能。它同時促進正常脂肪和碳水化合物的代謝,有助鈣質吸收,有助維護正常的大腦及神經功能。

錳是抗氧化酵素-錳超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)-的組成部分。抗氧化物可清除人體內天然產生的自由基,但此過程可能造成老化。如錳超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)的抗氧化物能夠中和自由基。

維他命D3 (膽鈣化醇):12.5 微克(500 國際單位)
大多數人類獲得維他命D的主要途徑是規律的日曬。維他命D的飲食來源包括維他命D強化牛奶(每杯含100國際單位)、鱈魚肝油及富含脂肪的魚類(例如三文魚),也少量存在於蛋黃與肝臟中。
